Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
